Season One Recognition
Your Club will be recognized as an official Season One participant throughout the campaign and inside NPC.
This is not your typical hackathon! It's a two-week competition for builders, creators and existing app teams to bring an app into NPC, build a Club around it and show what happens when the app and its community live together.

Season One prizes
Season One brings together up to 25 Clubs across two competition tracks for two weeks of building, community activation and app use, ending with five winning Clubs.

A Club brings your app, community, content and conversations into one connected place. Build something people want to use, then give the people using it somewhere to belong.
Apps need more than people who open them once. Season One challenges builders to think beyond the product itself and build the experience around it: bring people in, give them reasons to participate, listen to their feedback and create a Club where your app, community and conversations can keep growing together.
Learn more about ClubsDifferent starting points will have different judging. Both tracks still have to prove the value of an NPC Club.
TRACK A
Already have an app, tool or interactive experience? Bring it into NPC and build an active Club around it.
TRACK B
Starting with an idea? Build and launch the first usable version during Season One.
Multiple apps are allowed
One Club can include existing apps, new apps or both. Each submitted app should be identified with its competition track.
Season One rewards the strongest Club + App experiences, but you do not have to win a cash prize to leave with something valuable.

Additional information builders, teams and community members should know about Season One.
Bring something people can actually use and that gives a community a reason to form around it. For Season One, an app can be a web app, website, mini app, game, tool or other interactive experience. Gaming, crypto and onchain, creator and media, and social and community apps are all strong fits, but those are examples, not limits. If people can use what you built and there is a group of people who could gather around it, there is a lane for it in NPC. Your app gives people something to do. Your Club gives them a place to connect, participate, give feedback and keep coming back.
NPC Season One
Bring an existing app. Build something new. Give the people around it somewhere to connect, participate and keep building after the hackathon ends.
